Owners, Leigh-Anne and Laura chose Smiths Falls because they saw a lack of specialty, independent pet stores in the area. “The town is rapidly changing in terms of growth and popularity, and we wanted to join in and grow with it.”

The ladies at Bone Appetit have some product spotlights for 2022. Be sure to check out the Wiggle Bumz Collars, hand made by a female owned Canadian company. Leigh-Anne’s dog raves about the taste of Bosco & Roxy Gourmet Dog Cookies which are human grade and hand finished in London, Ontario. Finally, Bee Wild Herbs ‘The Juice’ is a nature spray for dogs and humans created in Merrickville. “This spray does an exceptional job of repelling my mortal enemy once it is above 4 degrees in Eastern Ontario – Ticks. This stuff is my jam, I’ve been using it on myself and my dogs for years, I swear by it.”
